The universe can throw some terrible things towards you, but just know that you don't need to catch them all. Here at Healthy Mind Healthy Heart, we will lift these weights off of your shoulders and guide you back to a place of peace and sustainability.

Today is the beginning of whatever you want it to be.

On this page, you will find support from patients, families, volunteers and healthcare professionals. We are so excited to get you all started on your journeys.

Daily Reminders:

1. The world is happier, brighter and more perfect with you in it.

2. A little progress each day adds up to significant results.

3. Don't suffer alone. Tell someone. Get help.

4. We love you. Don't give up your fight.

Taking it One Breath at a Time

Take everything one breath at a time. If you don't feel like you can make it through a day, focus on the next hour. If the next hour is too hard to handle right now, only focus on the next few minutes. With every breath, remember that you are here in the now, and that you are safe. You are not alone, you are so loved, you are cared about, and it is okay to feel like you do. You are not going to feel like this forever.

You are stronger than you think. Keep up the fight, warrior.
